TremblantAlouer requires that all guests be a minimum of 30 years of age. A valid credit card is required for the deposit and to secure the reservation.
AGE RESTRICTION: The minimum age to reserve a property with TremblantALouer is 30 years and over, except for families with children or young adults. PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, TremblantAlouer, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS.
*If any of the policies are not complied with, TremblantAlouer reserves the right to evict guests from the property and retain the security deposit (if applicable).There will be eno refund on the lost accommodation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a credit card will be requested before check-in for a security deposit of $ 1000 for each property rental and is held as a guarantee against possible damage during a stay, and for any other fee that may occur after check-in.
Written Cancellation Policy
Please note that the applicable policy is the one communicated to you at the time of your initial booking. If there are two cancellation policies in a stay, the arrival date will determine the policy that will be applied.
NOTE: Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:
REGULAR POLICIES: (See EXCEPTION for Holiday Period)
- If cancellation/change 14 days or more prior to arrival date, the total deposit amount will be fully refunded minus 10% + taxes of the total booking amount.
- If cancellation/change from 7 to 13 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be withheld.
- If cancellation/modification 6 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be withheld, no credit possible.
EXCEPTION
Holiday Period: December 12, 2025 to January 4, 2026 :
- If cancellation/modification 46 days or more before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded to you less 10% + taxes of the total amount of the reservation.
- If cancellation/modification 31 to 45 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be withheld.
- If cancellation/modification 30 days or less before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be withheld, no credit possible.
IMPORTANT: No refund will be applicable in the case of a cancellation in part or in full due to an "Act of God" or unfavorable weather conditions. Some restrictions may apply.
NO SHOW: In the case guests do not present themselves (No show), there will be no refund. No refunds will be given for an early departure.
Station Mont Tremblant makes arrangements with hotels, activity providers and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Station Mont Tremblant have no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
TremblantAlouer acts as a property management and rental company for owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. TremblantAlouer reserves the right to transfer guests to another property with the same capacity, whenever possible, at their discretion if the unit initially reserved becomes unavailable. TremblantAlouer cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, water, cable service, internet service, hot tub/pool, ski-in, ski-out trail and ski slopes, snow removal, resort shuttle or any other unforeseen situation outside of TremblantAlouer control.
NOISE AND QUIET HOURS
In order to respect the tranquility of your neighbours occupying the same complex, we ask you to respect the quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. TremblantAlouer as an agent, reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel a reservation for the non-compliance with the rules and/or whose main purpose is to party.
Written Deposit Policy
REGULAR POLICIES (See EXCEPTION for Holiday Period) NOTE: If a stay covers two policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used.
• To secure a reservation 50% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
• Balance of payment is due 13 days prior to arrival.
EXCEPTION
Holiday period: December 12, 2025 to January 4, 2026:
- To secure a reservation 50% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
- The full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit the balance due will cause renter to forfeit the deposit and the reservation will be cancelled.
*** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 5 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date.
TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%.
***ROYALTY***
Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: To secure your preferred property and vacation dates a rental contract is issued by TremblantALouer at the time of booking. The confirmation will be sent to the guest by email within 24 hours of booking.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: For insurance and safety purposes occupancy (including children over 3 years of age & visitors) is not to exceed the maximum capacity of the property. If the total number of guests exceeds the home’s maximum allowable occupancy, this Agreement can be immediately terminated without a refund.
DAMAGE POLICY: The Tenants accept to pay in total to TremblantALouer any damages or missing items that occur during their stay. Any Damages have to immediately be reported to TremblantAlouer. TremblantAlouer reserve the right to determine inappropriate behaviors and any amount that would be charged. Any noise and disrespectful behaviors towards the neighborhood or the property may result in a fine. As these homes are located in the residential areas of the resort, please note that noise disturbance ordinances are strictly enforced. We regret that we cannot accept any reservations whose primary purpose is to party, TremblantAlouer reserves the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to our requirements.
Check In
At or after 4:00 pm on day of arrival. The instructions for the check in procedure will be sent by email at least one week in advance. All our properties are accessible directly by an access code. In the case of unforeseen events out of our control including but not limited to internet or telephone service interruption, water shortage or sewer failure, any “act of nature” including power failure, TremblantALouer Inc will not be held liable for monetary compensation including refund of rental fees paid, or responsible for any obligations arising from the event. Upon request, TremblantALouer will make every effort to help the Tenant locate a similar rental property in the area; all associated rental costs are the responsibility of the Tenant. The decision to rent this property and use the home facilities (including but not limited to the spa, sauna, BBQ) and electrical appliances (including but not limited to all kitchen appliances, telephone, internet, television) is entirely at the Tenant’s risk. No responsibility can be accepted by TremblantALouer Inc or the owner of the rental property for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage to the Tenant or his/her guests' personal property.
Check Out
Check Out Time: by 11:00AM.
Prior to vacating the property, the Tenant is responsible for the removal of all garbage and recyclables, ensuring that all dishes and cook ware are clean, and returning any furniture that was moved to its original position. Failure to comply may lead to penalty charges.
Pets Policy
No pets allowed. If proof of the presence of a pet is found in the property — penalty $500.
Other Policy
***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 21-22, 2025 there will be many roads closures ! ***
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all TremblantAlouer vacation rental properties. If evidence of smoking in the home is found, $500 will be charged to deep clean the property.
CANNABIS
TremblantAlouer provides a cannabis free environment for all our guests. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cannabis in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on complex premises. A penalty of $1000 will apply for the non-compliance to this policy.
FIREPLACES: Fireplaces may be used year-round. Two Eco-logs* are provided in homes from November 15 to April 15.
BBQ: BBQs are available for guest use from May 15 to October 15.
SWIMMING POOLS - HOT TUBS - SAUNA: (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice).
·Restricted for the clients staying in properties offering the following options. Clients can only use their respective units, they cannot be changed from one unit to another.
POOLS available at the following complexes (summer only): ÉQUINOXE, TREMBLANT LES EAUX and VERBIER. Pools are usually open end of June to end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend.
Common HOT TUBS are available at the following complexes year-round*: ALTITUDE, ÉQUINOXE, HORIZON, TREMBLANT LES EAUX and VERBIER.
NOTE: Properties with a hot-tub. If evidence of inappropriate use of the hot-tub is found resulting in the need for a complete back-wash the amount of $250 + tax will be charged to tenant’s credit card.
SAUNAS are available year round at following properties: HORIZON, TREMBLANT LES EAUX and VERBIER.
PARKING: Each property has one reserved parking space. A valid parking pass must be visible on the dash of the car at all times. The vehicles must be parked in the proper designated area. Additional vehicles can park at P1 and P2 (fees may apply if there are events such as Blues Festival). TremblantAlouer is not responsible for towing fees should your vehicle be towed.
RESPECT NEIGHBORHOOD: There will be no loud or large parties in the home or on the grounds—quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. All guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and inoffensive to the neighbors.
PARTIES, NOISE AND NUISANCE
Loud music, noisy behavior, disrespectful behavior towards neighbors and an excessive number of cars will not be tolerated. A $250 fee plus taxes will be retained on the security deposit for each time security must visit the unit after a first warning call. Guests will be forced out on the second security visit. TremblantAlouer will keep the security deposit and there will be no refund for the lost days of stay.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping service is included at end of stay.
All residences are supplied with fresh towels and linen. Soap, hygienic products and basic cleaning supplies are provided in limited quantities free of charge at the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. Kitchens are fully equipped and are to be maintained by guests. At the end of the stay, guests must ensure the unit is in a generally clean condition and garbage is taken out and placed in the designated garbage bins. Any excessive cleaning required will be charges to the guest at a rate of $50/hour plus taxes.
