Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant specializes in the rental of chalets, condo's and vacation homes in the beautiful and charming resort of Tremblant. Our 1 to 4 bedroom homes offer many varied amenities, including private saunas and hot-tubs, up to date and well-appointed kitchens, wood burning fireplaces, ski-in, ski-out and incredible views with all the comforts of home. These impeccably maintained homes are within walking distance to the “pedestrian village” or close to the slopes and golf courses.
As an extra bonus, we are pleased to offer the following free of charge: early check-in and late check-out when available, Wi-Fi, designated parking and activities when staying on the resort. One more reason to stay with Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant.
On behalf of owner's, RVMT requires that guests be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in.
PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, RVMT, who will fulfill your reservation in accordance with the policies set out below. Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RÉSERVATIONS.
If any of the policies are not complied with, RVMT reserves the right to evict guests from the property and retain the security deposit (if applicable). There will be no refund on lost accommodation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A valid credit card will be requested at check-in for a $ 500 security deposit per condo and any other fee that may occur after check-in. Please note that Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant will send you a registration card by email with a secure credit card authorization link.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO MAKE A RESERVATION: A minimum of one person of 25 years of age and over must be present the entire stay.

- Cancellations/modifications made 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable less an administration fee of 10% of the total value of the stay.
- Cancellations/modifications made 29 days or less prior to arrival, no refund and no credit possible.
NO SHOW
- There is no refund if the customer is a no-show or cancels part of or the entire reservation during their stay.
For a change of unit, the same cancellation and change policy applies.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
Regular Season (See EXCEPTIONS for Peak Seasons:
- A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.
EXCEPTIONS
Peak Seasons: December 20, 2024, to January 4, 2025; February 14 to 22, 2025; March 7 to 15, 2025 / December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026; February 14 to 22, 2026:
- A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
IMPORTANT: If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date.
TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%.
***ROYALTY***
Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY: The guest is responsible for any damages, unreasonable annoyances for neighbors, any rule or regulation infraction related to the property, and any other charges required to return the property to its original state. The guest authorizes RVMT to charge the credit card on file the costs of any damages, incidentals and/or applicable fees resulting from the non-compliance with any policy, even if this charge exceeds the security deposit.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: RVMT acts as a property management and rental company for owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. RVMT reserves the right to transfer guests to another property with the same capacity at their discretion if the unit initially reserved becomes unavailable. RVMT cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of the following: electricity, telephone, water, cable service, internet service, hot tub/pool, ski-in, ski-out trail and ski slopes, snow removal, resort shuttle or any other unforeseen situation outside of RVMT control.
Station Mont-Tremblant makes arrangements with hotels, activity providers and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Station Mont-Tremblant has no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.
Check In
CHECK-IN STARTS at 4:00 p.m. Rendez-Vous Mont- Tremblant provides you with an access code to your vacation home and you simply drive up directly to your unit.
EXCEPTION - EQUINOXE and HAUT-BOIS : Registration must be done at Château Beauvallon at 6385 montée Ryan, Mont-Tremblant, Qc, J8E 1S5.
***IMPORTANT: Please note only the person responsible for the reservation which has provided the credit card at time of booking will be able to do the check-in for all occupants of the condo. The credit card provided at time of booking will be required as well as a piece of ID with a picture.
PRIVATE HOMES AND CONDOS: Please note that all properties are privately owned vacation homes. RVMT asks that you treat the property and its contents with respect.
PARTIES, NOISE AND NUISANCE: Loud music, noisy behavior, disrespectful actions or behaviour towards other renters and neighbors as well as excessive numbers of vehicles will not be tolerated. A $250 fee plus taxes will apply for each visit of the security guard. RVMT will evict any guests that do not comply upon the second visit of the security guard. There will be no refund of the security deposit or of any unused portion of the stay.
KEYS: Fees range between $100 to $500 per key lost or not returned at check out. HOUSEKEEPING: All residences are supplied with fresh towels and linen. Coffee, soap, hygienic products and basic cleaning supplies are provided in limited quantities free of charge at the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. Kitchens are fully equipped and are to be maintained by guests. At the end of stay, guests must ensure the unit is in a generally clean condition and garbage is taken out and placed in the designated garbage bins. Any excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of 50 $/hour plus taxes. During your stay, additional cleaning services are available and may be purchased for a fee. Please make your housekeeping arrangements by speaking with the front desk staff upon arrival or by calling ahead.
SMOKING: All units are non smoking. Penalty is 300 $ + cleaning fees. By virtue of the law against smoking it is strictly forbidden to smoke within 9 m of all doors, windows and air intakes. Any offender is liable to a fine of to $1,500.
CANNABIS: We provide a cannabis free environment for all our guests. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cannabis in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the complex’s premises. A penalty of $1000 will apply for non-compliance to this policy.

Pets Policy
Units that allow dogs: Le Plateau with Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant 214-03 (1 Bedroom Condo), 218-03 (1 Bedroom Condo), 210-02 (4 Bedroom Condo) 222-01 (2 Bedroom Condo).
Policies for dog-friendly homes are:
• 1 dog per unit per stay
• Must be less than 30 pounds
• Must be clean and well-trained
• Must not sit or lie on the furniture
• Must not be left alone, to bark or cry the time away
• Food and water dish must be placed on a tiled floor
• Must be kept on leash outside. Owners are responsible to clean up after their dog. There is a $75 fee, plus taxes, for your dog-friendly stay. Certain units only are pet friendly so please refer to the dog-friendly unit list. RVMT takes a security deposit of $1000 in case of damage or extra cleaning, if required. If the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit, you will be held responsible to pay the remainder of the cost.
Other Policy
***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 21-22, 2025 there will be many roads closures ! ***
FIREPLACE: For ecological reasons and safety purposes, only ecological or natural wood logs are permitted in the fireplace. A penalty fee of $500 will apply if other materials are burned in the fireplace. Two (2) artificial logs will be provided per stay from mid-October to mid-May. The rest of the months, the fireplace are closed. Additional logs are available for purchase at the Château Beauvallon front desk. The use of the fireplace is the responsibility of the guest. Fireplaces should not be left without supervision. EXCEPTIONS: Étoile du Matin condos have natural gas fireplaces. Altitude, Équinoxe, Étoile du Matin complexes the use of the fireplace is available year-round.
BBQ: All our properties have a BBQ that can be used during the summer from mid-May to mid October. Except for the BBQ at Altitude and Équinoxe condos the BBQ is available year-round.
SOFA BED: To ensure your utmost luxury and comfort level in our condos, we highly recommend that the sofa beds are used by younger traveller such as small children or youth.
SWIMMING POOLS - HOT TUBS - SAUNA (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice)
Pools in the following complexes are open during the summer only : Boréalis, Étoile du Matin, Équinoxe, Haut-Bois, Manoirs, Plateau & Tremblant les Eaux. They usually open from the end of June to end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend.
The hot tubs in the following complexes are open year-round*: Altitude, Tremblant les Eaux, Étoile du Matin and Équinoxe (buildings 150 and 170 only.
Hot tub at Manoirs complex summer only. *Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant declines any responsibility for the pool and hot tub schedule operation.
Saunas : In the following complexe is open year-round: Tremblant Les Eaux.
PARKING: Each property has a minimum of 1 reserved parking space. The vehicles must be parked in the proper designated area. Additional vehicles can park at P1 and P2. Fees may apply depending on events or season. RVMT is not responsible for towing fees should your vehicle be towed. Please note that for the Altitude the maximum vehicle height is 2.5m (8.5 ft) and maximum length of 6m (20 feet). Exceptions: Équinoxe have two parking spaces for units with 2 bedrooms or more. Interior parking – maximum clearance height: Altitude: 7'8" or 2.34 m // Boréalis (for units with access to the garage): 7' or 2.13 m // Équinoxe: 7'4" or 2.23 m // Étoile du Matin: 7'10" or 2.38 m // Haut-Bois - Building 193 to 197: 6'5'' or 1.98 m / Building 199: 6'6'' or 2.03 m.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The number of guests must be confirmed at booking and any change must be approved prior to arrival. In all casees, the number of guests cannot exceed the pre-determined maximum occupancy of the unit.
FURNITURE: Under no circumstances should furniture or electronic equipment be moved around.
