General Policy

PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT and PAYMENT POLICY: Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Tremblant Elysium (Thereafter Elysium), who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS. MINIMUM AGE FOR RESERVATIONS: Elysium requires that at least one guest per vacation home reserved be a minimum of 25 years or older and provide a valid credit card to secure the reservation and the deposit. NOISE DISTURBANCE: The Elysium vacation homes are in the residential areas of the resort, please note that noise disturbance ordinances are strictly enforced. Elysium cannot accept any reservations whose primary purpose is to party. Elysium acts as an agent for the owner of the individual home and reserves the right to decline any reservation. PARKING: The indoor parking spaces at Étoile du Matin, Bondurant, and Altitude are for regular sized vehicles. Large trucks and SUVs may not fit. Alternate exterior parking may be available at the complex (Limited spaces) or at the parking lots of the Tremblant resort. Indoor parking clearance: Altitude: 7'8'' or 2.34 m // Bondurant : 7' or 2.13 m (2 parking spots per unit 1 interior and 1 exterior at P11) // Étoile du Matin : 7'10'' or 2.38 m

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. NOTE: Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended. REGULAR POLICY (See EXCEPTIONS for Holiday period) NOTE: If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. - Cancellations / Modification up to 15 days prior to arrival will receive complete refund minus an 10 % administration fee plus taxes of the total amount of the reservation. - Cancellations / Modification within 7 days to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reservation. - Cancellations / Modification 6 days and less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. EXCEPTIONS Holiday Period: December 16, 2025 to January 6, 2026: - Cancellations / Modification up to 45 days prior to arrival will receive complete refund minus an 10 % administration fee plus taxes of the total amount of the reservation. - Cancellations / Modification within 31 to 44 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the full amount of the reservation. - Cancellations / Modification 30 days and less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. NO SHOW: - No show are regarded as cancellation and will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Written Deposit Policy

NOTE: If a stay covers two policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. REGULAR POLICY (See EXCEPTIONS for Holiday Period) - A deposit of 50% of the stay is due at the time of reservation. - The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. EXCEPTIONS Holiday Period: December 16, 2025 to January 6, 2026: - A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. - The remaining balance is due 44 days prior to arrival. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association. Station Mont-Tremblant make arrangements with hotels, activity providers and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Station Mont-Tremblant have no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.

Check-in is 4:00 PM Elysium is pleased to provide you with its Convenience Plus package at no extra charge. The package includes: --No check-in lineups. Tremblant Elysium provides you with an access code to your vacation home and you simply drive up. --Services of Mobile concierge for all your requests. --Complementary High Speed Internet access – wired and wireless

***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 21-22, 2025 there will be many roads closures ! *** SMOKING: Elysium offers a complete smoke free environment. HOUSEKEEPING: Each Elysium vacation home is professionally rejuvenated after each departure by our sister company, Ménage Vert. POOLS - HOT TUBS - SAUNAS: (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice) POOLS (outdoor - Summer only): Available at the following properties only: ÉTOILE DU MATIN and VERBIER. Pools are usually open end of June to end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend. HOT TUBS (outdoor - Year Round*): Available at some properties only: ALTITUDE, BONDURANT, ÉTOILE DU MATIN and VERBIER. SAUNA : In the following complexe is open year-round: Verbier. BBQs : Summer Only* (May 19 to Canadian Thanksgiving) NOTE : There are no BBQ for Bondurant units. FIREPLACE: Available year-round*. Two Eco logs per night will be provided for the duration of the stay from October 1st to mid-April. Additional logs are available for purchase at $5 each. *NOTE: Étoile du Matin complexes have gas fireplaces and are available from October 1st until Mid-April approximately. Schedule may change without notice.
