General Policy

Visit Tremblant.ca for Health Measures: https://www.tremblant.ca/mountain-village/health-measures PERSONAL INFORMATION: - Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Reservations in accordance with the policies set out below. - Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE : - Please note that a credit card will be requested at check in for a security deposit and any other fee that may occur after check-in. - A pre-authorized security deposit of $150 will be taken during check in on your credit card for all reservations of 1 to 3 night stays. For every additional night, $50 will be added to your initial $150 deposit. The guest accepts the responsibility for all telephone and other room charges, and for any damage resulting from all missing inventory, lost keys, damages to the property, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable neighborhood annoyances (including any complaint resulting from any row, noise or other disturbance) and contraventions of any rules and regulations of the property. The guest authorizes Les Suites Tremblant to charge the costs of any such damage on his credit card. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS by Les Suites Tremblant: Credit Cards : American Express, JCB, MasterCard and Visa. (Visa/Debit and MasterCard/Debit cards are not accepted.) RENTAL AGE RESTRICTION : - At least one guest per residence be a minimum of 18 years or older and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in. This guest must sign registration card upon check-in and take responsibility for all of the guest's activities in the unit.

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. IMPORTANT: No modification allowed within the cancellation policy. In case of early departure, the amount of the full stay will be retained. For any reservation made at the REGULAR rate for stays until November 19, 2021, guests have the option of making changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival free of charge. Any modification is subject to availability and pricing depending on the date chosen. For any reservation made at the ***PREPAID rate** (See ***EXCEPTIONS*** ) guests have the option of making changes or cancelations up to 3 days before arrival free of charge. ***EXCEPTION I***: Dec 24, 2021 until January 1, 2022 : Reservation are non-refundable and cannot be modified. • ***EXCEPTION II***: 24h Tremblant: December 10 and 11, 2021 / President Week from Feb 18 to Feb 26, 2022 / Qc School Break from Feb. 25 to Mar. 5, 2022 / Ont. School Break from Mar. 11 to Mar. 19, 2022: Reservation are non-refundable but can be modified until 14 days prior to arrival. Any modification is subject to availability and pricing depending on the date chosen. FOR STAYS AFTER NOVEMBER 19, 2021: REGULAR POLICIES (See ***EXCEPTIONS*** NOTE: If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. • For all cancellations made 3 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • All cancellations made within 2 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. ***EXCEPTION I***: Dec 24, 2021 to Jan. 2, 2022. / June 24 to 26, 2022 / August 18 to 21, 2022 : • For all cancellations made 31 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • All cancellations made within 30 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. ***EXCEPTION II***: 24h Tremblant: December 10 and 11, 2021 / President Week from Feb 18 to Feb 26, 2022 / Qc School Break from Feb. 25 to Mar. 5, 2022 / Ont. School Break from Mar. 11 to Mar. 19, 2022: • For all cancellations made 15 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • All cancellations made within 14 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. NO SHOW: No shows are regarded as a cancellation. The reservation will be cancelled, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged. PREPAID/NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERS POLICY: • The total amount plus royalty and taxes will be charged at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable. • The reservation cannot be modified. GROUP RESERVATIONS (WEDDINGS- EVENTS-REUNIONS): Regular policies apply. Please refer to the Individual registration form that you have received for exceptions if applicable. NOTE: Reservations with nine (9) or more accommodation units are not authorized for the same stay dates if you reserve on your own. Les Suites Tremblant reserve the right to cancel, with a fee, any reservation containing more than nine (9) accommodation units or more that 20 guests, whether these accommodation units are the result of one or more separate reservations. Written Deposit Policy

PREPAID/NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERS POLICY: The total amount plus royalty and taxes will be charged at the time of booking. REGULAR POLICIES: - A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - A deposit of 1 night of lodging (equal in value to the average nightly rate of your stay) plus royalty and taxes will be taken at the time of booking. - The balance will be charged 2 days prior arrival. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. - Additional charges may apply according to the occupancy per unit. GROUP RESERVATIONS (WEDDINGS- EVENTS-REUNIONS) : Regular policies apply. Please refer to the Individual registration form that you have received for exceptions if applicable. - Please note that all payments are verified with AVS (Address Verification Service) Because of this, you might see a 1$ preauthorization in your billing statement in pending amounts. This amount will not be processes and should disappear in 5 business days depending on your credit card. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.

Pets Policy

Westin Hotels & Resorts will allow dogs to accompany guests in their guestrooms, in accordance with local health codes at a cost of 50$ per night up to a maximum of 150$ per stay. Dogs will be provided with a Westin Heavenly Dog Bed if desired, along with a Welcome Kit that provides information and supplies that are useful to a guest traveling with a dog. – Two dogs per room maximum are allowed. - No minimum/maximum weight. Dogs can't be left alone in the room. - The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by their dog. The minimum fee in that event would be $150 plus taxes and royalty. The number of available rooms is limited. Please take note that no other kind of animals except dogs will be accepted at the hotel's front desk.

Other Policy

THE GYPSY RESTAURANT (The schedule is subject to change without notice.) -- A continental or American buffet breakfast, served by a cook, will be offered from 7 a.m. to noon from Friday to Monday. -- From Tuesday to Thursday, lunch boxes will be available at the reception. **Note: For the time being, room service, bar and evening meals remain unavailable. *** PARKING: **As of June 18, 2021 : - One (1) indoor parking space per unit is available directly at the hotel for a fee. Monday to Friday: $ 29.60* per night. Unlimited entry and exit privilege. The fee is $34.34* per night for valet parking and during peak times (weekends, Lieu days, Holidays, School Breaks). *Royalty and taxes included and may vary without notice. Height of Hotel Garage 8' SMOKING POLICY Westin Resort & Spa offers a smoke-free environment. SWIMMING POOLS // HOT TUB // SAUNA // EXERCISE ROOM (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice) POOL SCHEDULE YEAR ROUND (Outdoor pool with Lifeguard)* Open year long. During low season, the opening hours can vary and the swimming pool can be closed at certain periods time. HOT TUB: Open year round. Please ask the reception for the schedule and reservations process. EXERCISE ROOM: Open year round. Opening May 31, 2021. DRY SAUNA: Open year round. Please note that the sauna is closed until further notice. In accordance with the Quebec Public Health requirements some of our lodging facilities (pools, spas, training rooms) may not be open or subject to sanitary measures until further notice. See measures in force: https://www.tremblant.ca/mountain-village/health-measures#tab=lodging *Bandwidth limitations apply: 1.5 GB of data per day. Speed: 2 Mbps. There is no limit in the number of devices. HOUSEKEEPING : There is no room cleaning service during your stay, in order to limit staff interactions with your living environment, but we are obviously at your disposal for any request. All units are left vacant for the recommended period before being cleaned and reassigned, in accordance with our enhanced cleaning protocol due to Covid19.

Children

Kids 17 years old and under stay free. COTS / PLAYPENS - Cots can be requested but are not guaranteed; the cost is $50 + royalty + taxes per day. - Playpens are available at no charge however they cannot be guaranteed due to limited amounts. Please request at time of reservation.
