General Policy

PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: - Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Les Suites Tremblant, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Reservations in accordance with the policies set out below. - Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE : - Please note that a credit card will be requested at check in for a security deposit and any other fee that may occur after check-in. - A pre-authorized security deposit of $150 will be taken during check in on your credit card for all reservations of 1 to 3 night stays. For every additional night, $50 will be added to your initial $150 deposit. The guest accepts the responsibility for all telephone and other room charges, and for any damage resulting from all missing inventory, lost keys, damages to the property, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable neighborhood annoyances (including any complaint resulting from any row, noise or other disturbance) and contraventions of any rules and regulations of the property. The guest authorizes Les Suites Tremblant to charge the costs of any such damage on his credit card. AGE RESTRICTION: at least one guest per residence be a minimum of 18 years or older and provide a valid credit card.

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. IMPORTANT:In case of early departure, the amount of the full stay will be retained. PAY NOW AND SAVE OFFER POLICIES: • 100 % deposit required upon booking • Non refundable, non modifiable.* *Exception : For stays until October 31, 2024, Prepaid and modifiable until 1 day before arrival. All cancellations/ modifications made within 0 days to arrival are non refundable or modifiable. FLASH SALE POLICY : • 100 % deposit required upon booking • Non refundable, non modifiable. REGULAR POLICIES (See ***EXCEPTIONS) NOTE: If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. • For all cancellations/modifications made 3 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; NOTE : For stays from May 6 to November 12, 2024 cancellations /modification made 1 day prior arrival, deposit will be fully refundable. • All cancellations/modifications made within 2 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. NOTE : For stays from May 6 to November 12, 2024 cancellations /modification made 0 day prior arrival, will forfeit the deposit. ***EXCEPTION I: Dec 27 to 31, 2023 / June 21 to 22, 2024 / Dec. 27 to 31, 2024 : • For all cancellations/modifications made 31 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • All cancellations/modifications made within 30 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. ***EXCEPTION II: President Week from Feb.16 to 25, 2024 / Qc School Break from Mar. 1 to Mar. 8, 2024 / Ont. School Break from Mar. 8 to 17, 2024 / Dec. 6 to 7, 2024 / Dec. 13 to 14, 2024 / President Week from Feb. 14 to 22, 2025 / Qc School Break from Feb. 28 to Mar. 6, 2025 / Ont. School Break from Mar. 7 to 15, 2025 : • For all cancellations/modifications made 15 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • All cancellations/modifications made within 14 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. NO SHOW: No shows are regarded as a cancellation. The reservation will be cancelled, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged. GROUP RESERVATIONS (WEDDINGS- REUNIONS): Regular policies apply. Please refer to the Individual registration form that you have received for exceptions if applicable. NOTE: Reservations with 10 or more accommodation units are not authorized for the same stay dates if you reserve on your own. Les Suites Tremblant reserve the right to cancel, with a fee, any reservation containing more than nine (9) accommodation units or more that 20 guests, whether these accommodation units are the result of one or more separate reservations. Written Deposit Policy

PAY NOW AND SAVE OFFER, PREPAID-REFUNDABLE OFFER and FLASH SALE: : 100% deposit due upon booking. REGULAR POLICIES: - A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - A deposit of 1 night of lodging (equal in value to the average nightly rate of your stay) plus royalty and taxes will be taken at the time of booking. - The balance will be charged 2 days prior arrival. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. - Additional charges may apply according to the occupancy per unit. GROUP RESERVATIONS (WEDDINGS- EVENTS-REUNIONS) : Regular policies apply. Please refer to the Individual registration form that you have received for exceptions if applicable. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.

Check In

CHECK IN: Check In Time: from 4:00 p.m. (6 p.m. on the Sunday of the 24H Ski Tremblant event) At your arrival for registration, you should present yourself with an ID and your confirmation number directly at the reception desk of the hotel. ***Please take note that the front desk at La Place St-Bernard (Johannsen and Deslauriers) will be open everyday from 7am to 11pm. Anytime it is closed, you may check-in at Ermitage du Lac at 150 Chemin Curé Deslauriers, Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, J8E 1C9.

Pets Policy

No pets are allowed in the following hotels : Lodge de la Montagne, Sommet des Neiges, Tour des Voyageurs, Place St-Bernard, Holiday Inn Express and Suites and Ermitage du Lac.

***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 22-23, 2024 there will be many roads closures ! *** PARKING: - One (1) indoor parking space per unit is available directly at the hotel for a fee of $22.00 per night plus royalty and taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. POOLS (Summer only – With Lifeguards) // HOT TUBS // GYMS // GAME ROOMS // SAUNAS : *The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice) *Please note that Place St-Bernard : (Johannsen & Deslauriers) has no pool, hot tub or gym. - Pools in the following hotels are open during summer only : Ermitage du Lac, Lodge de la Montagne, Sommet des Neiges and Tour des Voyageurs. They usually open from the end of June to the end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend. -The Hot tubs in the following hotels are open year-round* : Ermitage du Lac, Lodge de la Montagne, Sommet des Neiges and Tour des Voyageurs -Gyms in the following hotels are open year-round : Ermitage du Lac , Lodge de la Montagne, Sommet des Neiges and Tour des Voyageurs. -Game rooms in the following hotels are open year-round*: Ermitage du Lac (*Closed until further notice), Lodge de la Montagne (billiard table only) and Sommet des Neiges. - Saunas in the following hotels are open year-round : Lodge de la Montagne, Tour des Voyageurs et Sommet des Neiges. INTERNET – WI-FI* : - *Bandwidth limitations apply: 1.5 GB of data per day. Speed: 2 Mbps. There is no limit in the number of devices. HOUSEKEEPING : Housekeeping service is offered every 2 days. Children

Kids 17 years old and less stay free. COTS/PLAYPENS - Cots can be requested but are not guaranteed; the cost is $50 + royalty + taxes per day.- Playpens are available at no charge however they cannot be guaranteed due to limited quantities. Please request at time of reservation.
