General Policy

PERSONAL INFORMATION: - Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Le Westin Tremblant who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Reservations in accordance with the policies set out below. - Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CREDIT CARD ON FILE : - Please note that a credit card will be requested at check in for a security deposit and any other fee that may occur after check-in. - A pre-authorized security deposit of $150 will be taken during check in on your credit card for all reservations of 1 to 3 night stays. For every additional night, $50 will be added to your initial $150 deposit. The guest accepts the responsibility for all telephone and other room charges, and for any damage resulting from all missing inventory, lost keys, damages to the property, unreasonable housekeeping conditions, unreasonable neighborhood annoyances (including any complaint resulting from any row, noise or other disturbance) and contraventions of any rules and regulations of the property. The guest authorizes Le Westin Tremblant to charge the costs of any such damage on his credit card. RENTAL AGE RESTRICTION : - At least one guest per residence be a minimum of 18 years or older and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in. This guest must sign registration card upon check-in and take responsibility for all of the guest's activities in the unit.

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. IMPORTANT: No modification allowed within the cancellation policy. In case of early departure, the amount of the full stay will be retained. Any modification is subject to availability and pricing depending on the date chosen. PREPAID/NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERS, LAST MINUTE LODGING DEAL (LMD) POLICY : • 100 % deposit required upon booking. • Non-refundable, non-modifiable REGULAR POLICIES (See EXCEPTIONS) NOTE: If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. • Cancellations/modifications made 3 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 2 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. EXCEPTION I: June 20 to 22, 2025 / December 5-6, 12-13 and December 19, 2025 to January 4, 2026: • Cancellations/modifications made 31 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. EXCEPTION II: Spring break from February February 14, 2026 to March 21, 2026: • Cancellations/modifications made 15 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 14 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. NO SHOW: No shows are regarded as a cancellation. The reservation will be cancelled, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Written Deposit Policy

PREPAID OFFERS POLICY, Last Minute Lodging Deals (LMD) and FLASH SALE : The total amount plus royalty and taxes will be charged at the time of booking. REGULAR POLICIES: - A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - A deposit of 1 night of lodging (equal in value to the average nightly rate of your stay) plus royalty and taxes will be taken at the time of booking. - The balance will be charged 2 days prior arrival. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. - Additional charges may apply according to the occupancy per unit. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.

Pets Policy

Le Westin Tremblant will allow dogs to accompany guests in their guestrooms, in accordance with local health codes at a cost of 50$ per night up to a maximum of 150$ per stay. Dogs will be provided with a Westin Heavenly Dog Bed if desired, along with a Welcome Kit that provides information and supplies that are useful to a guest traveling with a dog. – Two dogs per room maximum are allowed. - No minimum/maximum weight. Dogs can't be left alone in the room. - The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for additional cleaning and excessive damage caused by their dog. The minimum fee in that event would be $150 plus taxes and royalty. The number of available rooms is limited. Please take note that no other kind of animals except dogs will be accepted at the hotel's front desk.

***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 21-22, 2025 there will be many roads closures ! *** PARKING: - One (1) indoor parking space per unit is available directly at the hotel. Self Parking is charged per 20 minutes for a maximum of $37 / 24h, taxes included. Valet Parking fee is $37 per night, plus royalty and taxes. Unlimited entry and exit privilege (Valet parking only). Rates are subject to change without notice. Height of Hotel Garage 8' SMOKING POLICY Le Westin Tremblant offers a smoke-free environment. SWIMMING POOLS // HOT TUB // SAUNA // EXERCISE ROOM (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice) POOL SCHEDULE YEAR ROUND (Outdoor pool with Lifeguard)* Open year long. During low season, the opening hours can vary and the swimming pool can be closed at certain periods time. HOT TUB: Open year round. EXERCISE ROOM: Open year round. DRY SAUNA: Open year round. WIFI*Bandwidth limitations apply: 1.5 GB of data per day. Speed: 2 Mbps. There is no limit in the number of devices. HOUSEKEEPING : Housekeeping service daily.

Children

Kids 17 years old and under stay free. COTS / PLAYPENS - Cots can be requested but are not guaranteed; the cost is $50 + royalty + taxes per day. - Playpens are available at no charge however they cannot be guaranteed due to limited amounts. Please request at time of reservation.
