Tremblant Prestige minimum age to reserve a property is 30 years old. The person reserving a stay must be present during the whole length of stay.
Flexible Policy: Regular policies apply. In the following cases: Guests are not able to travel due to border closures or if traveling between regions is not allowed. The guest has been diagnosed or has symptoms of the Covid-19 virus, Tremblant Prestige will allow guest to be 100 % refunded.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Tremblant Prestige, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS.

DAMAGE POLICY
The Tenants accept to pay in total to Tremblant Prestige any damages or missing items that occur during their stay. Any Damages have to immediately be reported to Tremblant Prestige.
Tremblant Prestige reserve the right to determine inappropriate behaviors and any amount that would be charge. Any noise and disrespectful behaviors towards the neighborhood or the property may result into a fine.
A damage deposit from 200$ to 1000$can be taken before or upon arrival.
Credit cards accepted by Tremblant Prestige are Visa, Mastercard and Amex
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Landlord has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a good, clean condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord.
Tremblant Prestige as the right to judge all cases and amount of fines.
The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The Tenants cannot move around furniture, appliances or electronics. Fines will apply.
The Tenants shall not sublet the property.
The Tenants shall have no more than the maximum set persons reside or sleep on the premises.
None of the policies are negotiable. Tremblant Prestige reserve the right to determine any fines amount if one or any of the policies are violated.
Written Cancellation Policy
Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation.
SUMMER POLICY:
From April 21 2021 until November 18 2021
-Cancellation 7 days or more prior to arrival date the 10% deposit plus taxes is refundable minus an administrative fee of 100$ plus taxes.
-If cancellation is 6 days or less prior to arrival day, the total amount of the reservation is non- refundable.
WINTER POLICY:
November 19 2021 until April 16 2022
-Cancellation 26 days or more prior to arrival date the 10% deposit plus taxes is refundable minus a administrative fee of 100$ plus taxes.
-If cancellation is 25 days or less prior to arrival day, the total amount of the reservation is non- refundable.
NOTE:
We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. ( Electricity, cable, water, wifi…) We report outages as each occurs. Tremblant Prestige is not responsible for outages that it out of its control and no refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.

There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.

Written Deposit Policy
SUMMER :
From April 21 2021 until November 18 2021
A deposit of 10% of total stay is due upon booking.
The balance is due 6 days prior to arrival day.
WINTER :
November 19 2021 until April 16 2022
A deposit of 10% of total stay is due upon booking.
The balance is due 25 days prior to arrival day.
*** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date.
- Please note that all payments are verified with AVS (Address Verification Service) Because of this, you might see a 1$ preauthorization in your billing statement in pending amounts. This amount will not be processes and should disappear in 5 business days depending on your credit card.
TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%.
***ROYALTY***
Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.
Station Mont-Tremblant makes arrangements with hotels, activity providers and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Station Mont-Tremblant has no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.
Check In
Check in time is 4 p.m.
Tremblant Prestige will contact you the Monday prior to your arrival in order to provide the check in instructions and directions to your rental unit. You will receive your access code the day of your arrival when your unit is ready.
Check Out
11 a.m. The Tenants must dispose of all waste generated during the rental period in a lawful manner in the bins provided for this purpose. The tenant is warned not to leave the property leaving waste outside.
Pets Policy
No animals will be allowed on the premises.
Exception: Unit Panache 638 (accepts dogs that do not shed only). Please advise Rental Company.
Other Policy
WIFI: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.
HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping is not provided during a stay.
Landlord shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used. Toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, shampoos, and other consumables are provided as a limited starter kit. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. If consumables exist at the premises when the Tenant arrives the Tenant is free to use them.
SMOKING: There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Smoking is permitted outside but at least 9 meters from the building. Including balconies and terraces.
PARKING: Altitude and Étoile du Matin: 1 interior parking space per unit. Clairière: 2 exterior parking space per unit.
Bondurant, Équinoxe, Horizon and Panache: 2 parking spaces per unit. 1 interior and 1 exterior. Tremblant Les Eaux: 1 exterior parking space per unit.

Altitude: 7'8'' or 2.34 m ; Bondurant : 7' or 2.13 m ; Étoile du Matin : 7'10'' or 2.38 m ; Équinoxe: 7'4'' or 2.23 m ; Horizon: 7'6'' or 2.28 m ; Panache : 8' or 2.43 m
BBQ Available year round.(No BBQ at Bondurant properties)
FIREPLACES: Available year round (See exceptions). 2 ecologs per stay are included with units that have wood burning fireplaces. Fireplace should be used with extreme caution and never left unintended. *Étoile du Matin and Horizon complexes have gas fireplaces and are available from October 1st until Mid April approximately. Schedule may change without notice.
Tenant agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
SWIMMING POOLS AND HOT TUBS: (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice).
POOLS available at the following complexes (Summer Only): ÉTOILE DU MATIN, ÉQUINOXE, PLATEAU and TREMBLANT LES EAUX. Pools are usually open end of June to end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend. NOTE: Bondurant units have access to the Westin Resort & Spa Tremblant pool year round (During low season, the opening hours can vary and the swimming pool can be closed at certain periods time.)
HOT TUBS available in the following complexes - Year round*: ALTITUDE, BONDURANT, ÉTOILE DU MATIN, ÉQUINOXE, HORIZON, PANACHE (Private) and TREMBLANT LES EAUX. *Please note that the hot tubs are closed until further notice to comply with health and security guidelines due to the COVID-19. Exception: Some units have private hot tubs; these hot tubs are open. IMPORTANT: *** Hot tub not usable after 10pm, a 500$ fine will apply if not respected. ***
