General Policy

PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: *Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tremblant, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RÉSERVATIONS. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a credit card will be requested at check-in for a security deposit of CAD 200$ per unit and for any other fee that may occur after check-in. RENTAL AGE RESTRICTION: The Hilton Grand Vacations Club Tremblant requires that at least one guest per residence be a minimum of 18 years or older and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in. This guest must sign a registration card upon check-in and take responsibility for all of the guests' activities in the unit.

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. REGULAR POLICIES : - Cancellations within 2 days of check-in or no shows will be charged a 1 night deposit plus royalty and taxes. (equal in value to the average nightly rate of your stay) - Cancellations 3 days or more prior to arrival date are penalty-free. Note: cancellation fee applies if all or any part of reservation is cancelled during the guest's stay. PREPAID & NON - REFUNDABLE POLICIES : - Cancellations are 100 % non-refundable.

Written Deposit Policy

REGULAR POLICIES : A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. - A deposit of 1 night of lodging (equal in value to the average nightly rate of your stay) plus royalty and taxes will be taken at the time of booking. - The balance will be charged 2 days prior to arrival. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. PREPAID & NON - REFUNDABLE POLICIES : A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. The full payment will be taken at the time of booking. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.

Check In

At your arrival for registration, you should present this confirmation directly at the reception desk. Check In Time: from 4:00 p.m.

Check Out

Check Out Time: by 11:00 a.m.

Pets Policy

Except for medical assistance dogs, no pets are permitted at Hilton Grand Vacations club Tremblant.

***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 22-23, 2024 there will be many roads closures ! *** PARKING - Free outdoor parking is available SMOKING POLICY - All units are non smoking. HOUSEKEEPING: Full clean at check out only. Fresh linens and towels provided on request from guests (Included with stay of 5 nights or more. Less then 5 nights "a la carte " service for a fee.) POOL - HOT TUB - GYM – SAUNA SCHEDULE (Please note that the schedule may change without notice) The outdoor pool (summer only) usually opens from the end of April to mid October weather permitting. Indoor / Outdoor hot tubs: Year round. Gym: Year round. The sauna Year round. - BBQ Summer only. - The 3 areas with communal BBQs are available from the end of April until the end of October (Schedule may change without notice according the weather conditions). *Please note that dates and time may vary without notice. Mont Tremblant Resort and Company make arrangements with hotels, activity providers and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Mont Tremblant Resort and Company have no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.

Children

Kids 17 years old and under stay free. Play Pens and Highchairs available on request but are not guaranteed. Babysitting service available for a fee.
