General Policy

PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Fairmont Tremblant, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken in accordance with the policies set out below by MONT-TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT TREMBLANT RESERVATIONS. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a credit card will be requested at check-in for a security deposit and any other fee that may occur after check-in. MINIMUM AGE: Must be 18 years or older to make a lodging reservation.

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND NO SHOW PREPAID AND NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERS and LAST MINUTE LODGING DEAL (LMD): 100% deposit due upon booking and is non-refundable. FLASH SALE : • 100 % Prepaid and non-refundable. NOTE: If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. REGULAR POLICIES (SEE EXCEPTIONS FOR HOLIDAY AND SCHOOL BREAKS) : • For all cancellations made 3 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • All cancellations made 2 days or less to arrival will forfeit the deposit. (calculation based on the average nightly room rate for that stay). EXCEPTION HOLIDAY : Except from Dec 17, 2023 to Jan 3, 2024 / Dec 20, 2024 to Jan 4, 2025 : • For all cancellations made 31 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable. - If the reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically charged to your credit card account. SCHOOL BREAKS: Washington Week Feb 16 to 24, 2024 / Ont. School Break Mar 8 to 16, 2024. / Washington Week Feb 14 to 22, 2025 / Ont. School Break Mar 7 to 15, 2025 : • For all cancellations made 8 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable. - If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be automatically charged to your credit card account. MODIFICATION: • There is no service fee for a change of date, unless one of the cancellation policies applies. There is no service fee for a name change. If the number of people changes, there will be a new pricing depending on the number of occupancies. NO SHOW: • In case of a no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card.

Written Deposit Policy

PREPAID AND NON-REFUNDABLE OFFERS, FLASH SALE POLICY and LAST MINUTE LODGING DEAL (LMD): : 100% deposit due upon booking. REGULAR POLICIES NOTE (See Exceptions***): If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will be used. • A deposit of 1 night of lodging (equal in value to the average nightly rate of your stay) plus royalty and taxes will be taken at the time of booking. • The balance is required 2 days prior arrival. *** IMPORTANT *** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. ***Exceptions: -- From Dec 17, 2023 to Jan. 3, 2024 / Dec 20, 2024 to Jan 4, 2025 : • Full deposit of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card 30 days before the arrival date. -- Washington Week Feb 16 to 24, 2024 / Ont. School Break Mar 8 to 16, 2024 / Washington Week Feb 14 to 22, 2025 / Ont. School Break Mar 7 to 15, 2025 : • Full deposit of the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card 7 days before the arrival date. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.

Check In

At your arrival for registration, you should present this confirmation directly at the reception desk of The Fairmont Tremblant. Check In Time: from 4:00PM.

Check Out

Check Out Time: by 12:00PM.

Pets Policy

Dogs only. No weight restriction. Dogs are not allowed in our Restaurants or at our Pool & Health Club. A fee of $48.00 + tx per night will apply per dog (maximum 2 dogs per room) , and we ask that you try not to leave your pet in our guestrooms unsupervised. All dogs must be on leash when walking through the Resort. Pet beds, baggies & treats available through the Housekeeping department. Seeing-eye dogs are allowed everywhere at no extra cost.

***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 22-23, 2024 there will be many roads closures ! *** RESTAURANTS (Schedule may change without notice) Le Comptoir : Open Choux Gras- Open Le Ricochet : Open Axe Bar & Lounge: Open PARKING Height of the garage: 6 '10'' (approx 2.08 m) Hotel parking (per vehicle): Parking space is available at the hotel with a fee of 45$ per night plus taxes and royalty. Rates are subject to change without notice. Outdoor self-parking (Mont-Tremblant's public parking): Some fees may apply depending of the season and is located within a 10 minute walk from the hotel. INTERNET Wireless High Speed Internet Access for a fee $16.08 taxes included (free for guest staying on GOLD floor). FREE Wi-Fi in public areas including the lobby, restaurants, pool and terrace. The services provided are subject to the general terms and conditions of those service providers.
